How to fix this problem?

1. First reset efs with umt or any other supported tool with edl mode. if your phone is bootloader unlock them you can reset efs by minimal adb fastboot cmd.

2. first flash eng modem with umt advance flasher mode or any other supported tool by edl mode. if your phone bootloader unlock them you can flash it via fastboot mode with minimal adb fastboot cmd.

3. then open phone go to dialpad type *#*#717717#*#* for enable diag port. or you can enable diag via adb root method with minimal adb fastboot cmd.

4. then open umt gsm tool go to qc universal tab select diag port manually then type only second ime (phone original) & click write button and reboot phone.if you don't have umt don't worry skip this step 4.

5. then install qpst on your pc . open qfill 

then click tool option

then click qcn backup & Restore option

then click browse option

then select qcn file & Click open

then click restore button & Make sure your phone connected to pc with diag port enable.

so thats it . now reboot your phone and check baseband & ime come put sim check network (make sure your phone backshell is attatch).
